Heat Test Kaca Film Nano Ceramic, sama-sama IRR 99% tapi nyatanya beda performa tolak panas

Pada hari sabtu, 24 Mei 2014, Morgancious (Nick name kaskuser) membawa beberapa potongan kaca film untuk di lakukan heat test dengan lampu sorot 1000watt di workshop Monza.
Kaca film yang dibawa antara lain:

1. Masterpiece RM35 (VLT 38% IRR 99%)
2. Kossai NC.BK-35D (VLT 39% IRR 99%)
-->> keduanya ini di compare dengan LLUMINOX E35 (VLT: 35 IRR 99%)
3. Ice Yuki 10 (VLT: 7%, IRR 93) >> di compare dengan Evolution CS10 (VLT: 12%, IRR 88)
4. Fierce 80 (VLT: 7 IRR 85%) >> di compare dengan Black Jack 10 (VLT: 10, IRR 65%)
Note: IRR tsb diatas adalah hasil ukur dengan alat 3M (wavelenght 900-1000nm).

Test komparasi dilakukan dengan cara konvensional, yaitu pakai heat demo lampu sorot 1000watt

HASILNYA:

LLUMINOX E35 memberikan performa tolak panas lebih baik dibanding Masterpiece RM35 dan jauh lebih adem lagi dibanding Kossai NC.BK-35D .. meskipun dengan alat ukur 3M sama-sama hasil IRR 99%, tapi beda performa yang didapat.

Sedangkan Masterpiece Ice Yuki dg IRR lebih tinggi dari pada Evolution CS10, tapi hasilnya lebih adem Evo CS10.
Begitupula Fierce 80 dg IRR 85% di compare dengan BJ10 dg IRR 65%,  lebih adem BJ10

Satu lagi pembuktian bahwa dengan ukur 3M (yang mengukur IR dg wavelength 900-1000nm) tidak dapat dijadikan tolak ukur "lebih adem", meskipun IRR yg diukur dg alat 3M hasilnya sama tapi tidak menjamin sama ademnya. Dan IRR yg diukur dengan alat 3M hasilnya lebih tinggipun belum tentu "lebih adem".
Alat ukur 3M dg wavelenght 900-1000nm tersebut bisa menyebabkan "misleading" karena NIR (Near-Infrared Spectrum) rangenya dari 780-2500nm.

Ukuran tolak panas kaca film bukanlah Infra-red Rejection, tetap yang paling benar adalah mengacu pada spesifikasi TSER (Total Solar Energy Rejected)

Spesifikasi TSER yang valid adalah TSER yang di claim berdasarkan HASIL TEST LAB lembaga pengujian internasional yang credible, Bukan TSER claim pabrikan apalagi hanya claim pemegang merk tanpa dasar hasil test lab.
